Methodist Mansfield Medical Center Chapel
The chapel is located on the first floor of the hospital and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Methodist Richardson Medical Center Chapel 
The chapel is located on the second floor of the main hospital building. Prayer request cards submitted in the chapel are given to a local church group that prays for each patient.

Methodist Southlake Medical Center Chapel

The chapel is located on the second floor next to the family area, and it’s open 24/7, 7 days a week. Prayer cards can be found on the front table for requests. The chapel is open for all staff, patients, families, and guests who may need a quiet space for reflection. For chaplains' needs, please call 682-335-1339.
